Reeds Lake near Grand Rapids

This aerial photo of Reeds Lake was taken northwest of the lake on a summer morning. In the foreground we have an overhead view of the boardwalks of Waterfront Park and off to the right are the grassy recreation areas of John Collins Park.

Reeds Lake is located in East Grand Rapids, about 3 miles east of downtown Grand Rapids in Kent County in Michigan's lower peninsula. There is a boat launch located in John Collins Park on the west side of the lake.
