Little Traverse Lake is about 6 miles ENE of Glen Arbor and 7 miles SW of Leland along the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Leelanau County in Michigan's lower peninsula. This aerial photo was taken in a summer afternoon from E of the lake.

Little Traverse Lake is located about 6 miles ENE of Glen Arbor and 7 miles SW of Leland along the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore in Leelanau County in Michigan's lower peninsula. There are no Michigan DNR public access boat launch sites.
