Blue Lake & North Blue Lake

This aerial photo of Blue Lake was taken from south of the lakes in the morning in mid September, and you can already see some of the red leaves providing pops of fall color around the lake.

Blue Lake & North Blue Lake are located in Blue Lake Township northeast of Kalkaska, northwest of Grayling, and southwest of Gaylord in Kalkaska County in Michigan's lower peninsula. The Michigan DNR public access boat launch site is located at the south end of Blue Lake.
